The Yvonne Arnaud offers stage and screen in the shape of theatre, ballet, opera and children's events, music, comedy, contemporary dance, as well as an annual pantomime, art exhibitions and a film season.  There is also a Youth and Education facility and a large café and dining area.

The Electric Theatre – a community theatre

Close to the town centre and minutes from the main line train station – the Electric Theatre gives hundreds of local amateur performers the chance to perform in a professionally run, state of the art theatre, as well as providing a stage for performances by professional touring companies.  The Electric Theatre is home to a thriving youth theatre, as well as to some prestigious Guildford festivals such as the Guildford Book Festival.   Situated on the banks of the River Wey, the Electric Theatre also offers a café with an attractive patio area.
