Performing

• The Guildford Town Centre Management Group have a performance license for the town centre. This permits performance in some areas of the town centre.
• Small scale performances do not require formal permission.
• There is no booking facility.
•  Performers must move on if asked to do so by any Guildford Borough Council, Surrey County Council or Surrey Police employee.
• If using equipment, performers must contact the town centre team on towncentre@guildford.gov.uk

Filming

• Permissions for filming depend on the relevant land owner.

Selling

• To sell in Guildford Town Centre you will require a Street Trading License. This can be obtained from Guildford Borough Council by contacting 01483 444371.

Marketing Activities

• Marketing companies may have a maximum of 6 people at any time.
• They are expected to take reasonable steps to minimise rubbish.
• No fixed hoardings are permitted.
• Activity must be risk assessed and carry public liability insurance.
