If you’re a fan of Saturday evening TV then you’ll no doubt have a sense of exactly what the Ninja Warrior experience is all about, having watched people take on the challenge of the Ninja Warrior course in the UK and the United States of America, amongst other places.

From climbing to swinging, balancing to bouncing, it is an ideal way to have some fun and burn off some energy, all whilst pretending your on ITV.
What’s It All About?
Ninja Warrior as a concept is based on the idea of taking on a physical assault course, which is filled with different types of challenge for the competitors to get to grips with. The Ninja Warrior course in Guilford essentially mimics that, asking those that take it on to do the likes of make their way up climbing walls, using swing ropes to make it from one side of an obstacle to another and testing their balance as they traverse moving platforms.
It is part adventure playground, part fitness centre, putting those that take part in it through their paces. You can very much expect to work up a sweat here, with the park open to anyone over the age of five and with no upper age limit. There are some obstacles with height specifications and anyone under the age of eight has to be accompanied by an adult, but otherwise it’s there for all that feel physically capable of taking on the challenge. There is also a Ninja Soft Play section for those aged up to four.

There are a few things that you might want to know about Ninja Warrior Guilford, including the fact that you need to sign a waiver before being able to use any of the equipment. You are best-placed if you wear gloves whilst engaged in taking on the course in order to protect your hands, with guests asked to arrive 20 minutes before their slot so that they can watch a safety briefing. There is on-site parking available, which includes EV charging points for those of you with an electric vehicle.
For those that might get peckish or hungry, you can order food and drink at the on-site café. The café is located on the first floor viewing area, for those that wish to see what it’s all about but aren’t that keen in taking part themselves.
If you are interested, you can host a party at Ninja Warrior Guilford. It involves an hour of action as well as 45 minutes in your own party room, with the cost including Ninja Warrior UK Safety Socks. In addition, you’ll get food and drink for everyone taking part, plus headbands and sweatbands for all of the ‘Ninjas’ in your party. What to Wear

Those taking on the Fixed Ninja Course will have to wear trainers. The rest of the clothes that you’ll want to wear should be comfortable and sports-based. You can wear shorts and a t-shirt, but wearing longer sleeves and pants is recommended in order to protect yourself as much as possible from the stresses and strains of the course.
If you have some valuables on you then you’ll be able to put them in free lockers, which is advisable rather than taking them onto the course.
